From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thoughtfully arranged so that you can focus on enjoying your vacation and celebrating with the group.

Day 1 — Livingstone: Arrival, transfers, check-in, easy welcome gathering/dinner. No major activity after that travel.

Day 2 — Victoria Falls: Falls experience, potentially crossing into Zimbabwe depending on how we ultimately structure it, with some breathing room afterward.

Day 3 — Devil's Pool + Bamba Tram: Devil's Pool earlier in the day, downtime, then tram/evening experience. This has a seasonal contingency attached.

Day 4 — Wildlife + Elephant Café: Wildlife conservation experience followed by Elephant Café lunch. This feels like a natural pairing.

Day 5 — Zambian fashion/culture: Meet the seamstress, select fabric/design, cultural/market time. Importantly, this happens early enough for her to actually make everyone's pieces.

Day 6 — Botswana: Full-day Chobe safari. This is one of your deliberately long days.

Day 7 — Slower Zambia day: Cultural/local experience, free time/spa/shopping, then Mosi-oa-Tunya cultural dinner.

Day 8 — Buffer + final fittings: This is intentionally not packed. Optional activity, leisure, collect the custom clothing, farewell evening. I really like having this buffer before everyone moves countries.

Day 9 — Cape Town: Fly LVI → CPT, check in, then GOLD Restaurant as the Cape Town welcome dinner.

Day 10 — Robben Island: Robben Island, followed by Waterfront/free exploration and an evening at leisure.

Day 11 — Winelands: Full Stellenbosch/Cape Winelands day.

Day 12 — Cape Peninsula: Scenic peninsula excursion + penguins.

Day 13 — Table Mountain + Cooking: Cableway in the morning, free afternoon, then interactive cooking experience that evening.

Day 14 — Cape Town finale: Free morning, professional group photos/leisure, then Rare Grill farewell dinner.

Day 15 — Departures.

  • "Our travels should tell a story. Each journey should be a new chapter in the book of our lives. We return home with experiences that leave us better than when we arrived.
